Furniture clearly scratched during packing(handles removed without unscrewing them on both sides and scratching the wood), two items damaged during the transport, no one took the responsibility for it.

I've hired EOS moving company twice (Moving from the US to Germany and returning to the states) for the international relocations. I was nervous if everything would go smoothly at first but my experience with EOS was excellent and reliable for both times. My main contact was a German personnel from Darmstadt office and he promptly responded to all my questions and inquiries throughout the service. The quotes I got for both times were reasonable. Their local partners (both in the US and Germany) who would pick up and deliver my shipment were friendly, on time, and well-prepared. They did additional packing for any exposed belongings of mine for the extra protection as well. Highly recommended.
